Job Title: Mid to Senior Litigation Associate

Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, a leading law firm, is seeking talented and driven mid to senior level Litigation Associates to join its Litigation group in the Firm’s Stamford office. The ideal candidate will have experience litigating in both state and federal court, strong analytical abilities, excellent client-relations skills, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role offers exposure to a wide range of litigation matters across industries, the opportunity to take on substantive and client-facing assignments, and gain invaluable experience and professional growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in general commercial litigation.
- Experience managing e-discovery processes, navigating discovery disputes, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and conducting fact and expert discovery.
- Strong analytical abilities, excellent client-relations skills, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Top academic credentials and a . from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Connecticut State Bar (or ability to waive in) attorneys must be barred in the state of their resident office.
