The ideal candidate will have experience litigating in both state and federal court, strong analytical abilities, excellent client-relations skills, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role offers exposure to a wide range of litigation matters across industries, the opportunity to take on substantive and client-facing assignments, and gain invaluable experience and professional growth opportunities in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities and Requirements: - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in general commercial litigation. - Experience managing e-discovery processes, navigating discovery disputes, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and conducting fact and expert discovery. - Strong analytical abilities, excellent client-relations skills, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. - Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks and deadlines effectively. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Top academic credentials and a . from an accredited law school. - Admission to the Connecticut State Bar (or ability to waive in) attorneys must be barred in the state of their resident office.
