Job Description

The law firm of Ropes & Gray is currently seeking experienced attorneys with 5 to 7 years of litigation experience to join our Litigation & Enforcement practice group in our Chicago office. This is an exciting opportunity for mid- to senior-level attorneys to join a highly regarded and prestigious law firm and work alongside some of the most recognized attorneys in the profession.

Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of civil litigation, government enforcement, and internal and external investigation matters
• Lead complex commercial and securities litigation matters
• Handle SEC inquiries, examinations, and enforcement actions, if applicable
