The candidate should be admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction where they reside and the license must be active and in good standing. Experience defending the interests of manufacturers for claims relating to design, warnings, mismanufacture, and warranty claims is preferred. Experience evaluating case exposure and advising on federal regulatory compliance, instruction manuals, technical training, warning labels, and other measures to minimize future liability threats is desired. Experience with litigation involving serious personal injuries and wrongful death, economic loss, and defect claims. A portable book of business with the ability to support other's clients is preferred. Must have a desire to grow and expand current client base.
