Job Responsibilities:

- Work with a team of experienced attorneys to provide strategic counsel to technology and media clients
- Handle high-profile litigation cases involving Copyright law, including music-industry and infringement claims
- Stay up-to-date on current developments in the field of Copyright law, particularly in relation to technology and media industries
- Collaborate with clients and team members to develop effective legal strategies
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as briefs, motions, and pleadings
- Represent clients in court and in negotiations with opposing parties

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Copyright law
- Strong academic background, including a . from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar in the location of the desired office
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience with technology and media clients is a plus
