Houston office of a **Members Only** Top Ranked Law Firm seeks regulatory attorney with 3-7 years of prior regulatory experience. The candidate should have experience representing insurance, insuretech, financial services, or fintech entities with regulatory and licensing matters. Experience with complex regulatory and compliance issues, including regulatory filings, is required. Must have experience crafting product offerings and working with contracts. Experience advising clients regarding licensing, contract review, and administrative processes; and ability to distill research into meaningful and persuasive written work product and to work meticulously to ensure the quality of work product is needed. Must have a license to practice law in Texas state, be in good standing, and be up to date with current CLE requirements.
