Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle cases and investigations related to Internet law, privacy, data security, copyright, artificial intelligence, platform liability, and first amendment issues
- Work with a diverse range of clients from the US and around the world, including industry leaders and early-stage start-ups
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide legal advice to clients
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to develop strategies and solutions for complex legal issues
- Stay updated on the latest developments in Internet law and related fields

Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in Internet law, privacy, data security, copyright, artificial intelligence, platform liability, and first amendment issues
- Stellar academic credentials from a top-tier law school
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Admitted to practice law in one or more states

Compensation and Benefits:
- Highly competitive salary range of $365,000 - $420,000, based on year classification
