Position Summary:

The Labor Attorney will be responsible for providing legal services to premier local and national employers in labor and employment law matters. This is a full-time position that requires 2+ years of labor law/employment experience and the ability to travel as needed. The attorney will have extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel and will play a significant role in all aspects of labor and employment law.

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-level legal services to premier local and national employers in labor and employment law matters
- Handle labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, union campaigns, and similar cases
- Work closely with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel
- Contribute to a respectful and collegial office environment
- Participate in regular all-attorney conferences throughout the country
- Engage in ongoing writing, publishing, and speaking opportunities
- Access expansive professional development training programs
- Collaborate with leading attorneys in the field
- Travel as needed

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor degree
- 2+ years of labor law/employment experience
- Must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence
- Excellent written and analytical skills
- Outstanding academic record preferred
- Completion of labor law studies preferred
- Ability to travel as needed
