Paralegal - Entity Management and Corporate Governance Support

About the role:

- Provide paralegal support to the Corporate Legal team, with a focus on entity management.
- Lead the management and oversight of legal entities for Gartner and its subsidiaries.
- Assist with general corporate governance matters, such as entity formation and drafting legal documents.
- Maintain corporate minute books and coordinate annual meetings and filings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Treasury, Tax, and Human Resources.
- Support M&A and tax planning initiatives.

What you'll need:

- Minimum 5 years of corporate paralegal experience for a major multinational corporation or law firm.
- Experience with entity management systems, corporate governance, and transactional matters.
- Knowledge/experience in data management preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks under time constraints.
- CT notary preferred.
- Strong computer skills and excellent communication skills.

Salary information:

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. The estimated base salary range for this role is 62,400 USD - 86,940 USD. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as education, experience, and location. In addition to base salary, employees may participate in an annual bonus plan or uncapped sales incentive plan.
