Responsibilities:

• Running client meetings
• Drafting start-to-finish legal documentation
• Front-line assistance for all client support legal questions
• Providing excellent customer service to clients
• Supporting Attorney teams to help more families
• Prioritizing, organizing, and executing tasks efficiently
• Traveling between office locations as needed

Requirements:

• Two (2) years+ of legal experience
• Excellent grammar, spelling, writing, and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (including Teams)
• Willingness to travel between office locations
• Current Notary, or willingness to obtain
• Experience in Estate Planning, Administration, and Elder Care law is preferred
• GRIT mindset with a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills

AlerStallings Law Firm is seeking a Case Manager/Paralegal to join our team. Our CM is a crucial role that combines the responsibilities of a paralegal and office manager. This position is recognized as the engine of our firm, driving us forward to provide peace-of-mind to real, hard-working families every day.

As a CM, you will be responsible for running client meetings, drafting legal documentation, and providing front-line assistance for all client support legal questions. We are an estate planning law firm, dealing with everyday life events such as marriage, kids, retirement, sickness, and death. Our clients often turn to us on their worst days, and we take this responsibility seriously. Our team stands out from other firms with our heart, patience, and compassion.

Requirements for this position include two (2) years+ of legal experience, excellent grammar and writing skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and willingness to travel between office locations. A current Notary or willingness to obtain one is also required. Previous experience in Estate Planning, Administration, and Elder Care law is preferred. We value a GRIT mindset, with a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will have dedicated supporting CM Team Members to assist with workload, drafting, and training needs. We offer a competitive salary of $60,000-$80,000 per year, as well as a generous time off policy and benefits including Health Insurance, Vision Insurance, Dental Insurance, 401(k), and Life Insurance.

The work schedule for this position is 8:30 am - 5:30 pm with a 1-hour lunch, with the possibility of overtime pay. Our offices are located in Kenwood and Covington, with potential travel to Dayton for client meetings. Your home office location will be selected based on convenience for you.
