Description:

A Personal Injury Firm opening offices in Las Vegas is seeking the first member, and potenital future leader of thier newly founded Las Vegas practice. We are looking for an experienced Litigation Attorney for our personal injury department with 3+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working as an attorney in a personal injury civil litigation department, performing the following tasks:

• Defending and taking depositions
• Responsible for managing their own cases
• Trial prep and trials
• Making court appearances
• Law and Motion drafting
• Legal writing and research
• Drafting correspondence
• Summarizing and/or propounding discovery
• Drafting notices and objections
• Interacting with clients
• Defending and taking expert depositions

Required Qualifications:

• Personal injury experience
• 3+ years of experience litigating personal injury cases
• Strong legal research and analysis
• General knowledge of California Civil Procedure
• Taking and defending expert depositions

The base salary ranges upon experinece from $120,000 to $250,000 with a % of fees won at a standard and highly competitive rate for each ;
