Atlanta's Bader Scott Injury Lawyers is on the lookout for a skilled and dedicated Bilingual Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Buckhead. As a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal, you will play a vital role in our firm by assisting our attorneys in all aspects of the litigation process. From preparing legal documents and conducting research to communicating with clients and managing deadlines, you will be responsible for ensuring that our cases are handled efficiently and effectively.

To be successful in this role, you must have exceptional communication skills and be comfortable interacting with various parties, including courts, witnesses, and clients. You should also have a Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury, as well as a Paralegal certification. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, as our firm serves a diverse community.

In addition to these qualifications, we are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in e-filing platforms and web-based legal research services is also preferred.
