Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in software/computer science patent law.
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Application Packaging Standard, APIs in software development, machine learning, and SaaS platforms.
  • Registered and in good standing with the USPTO.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team-oriented mentality, self-motivated, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
  • Keen interest in relationship-building skills both internally and externally.
  • Prior experiences working with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
  • Strong law school credentials and references.
