Job Title Senior Associate Attorney - Infrastructure, Major Projects, Public-Private Partnerships & Alternative Delivery Job Summary Our law firm is looking for an experienced attorney to join the Infrastructure, Major Projects, Public-Private Partnerships & Alternative Delivery practice. This position offers an opportunity to join a fast-growing national boutique law firm, while working on innovative infrastructure projects that benefit communities across the United States. The successful candidate will have 5 or more years of substantial and relevant transactional experience in infrastructure, transportation, real estate, housing, public procurement, and public and/or private finance matters. Job Responsibilities • Advise public and private sector clients on projects nationwide across multiple industry sectors • Draft and review procurement and construction packages, including those using alternative project delivery methods • Create new and innovative project delivery structures tailored to particular performance, funding, environmental, technological, and community considerations • Interact with clients and counterparties without the burden of artificial hierarchical constraints • Demonstrate exceptional drafting, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills • Manage junior attorneys as well as client and counterparty relationships Qualifications • Law degree from an accredited law school • Admitted to practice in a . jurisdiction (New York, California, Texas, Colorado, or Florida preferred) • 5 or more years of substantial and relevant transactional experience in infrastructure, transportation, real estate, housing, public procurement, and public and/or private finance matters • Professional and intellectual interest in and commitment to serving a predominantly public-sector client base on infrastructure project delivery • Experience drafting contracts, procurement, and/or financing documents outside the use of form agreements • Experience with various methods of major construction and project delivery procurement and contracting • Prior law firm experience • Experience advising public sector clients Salary $175,000 – 225,000, commensurate with experience Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Attorney to join our Infrastructure, Major Projects, Public-Private Partnerships & Alternative Delivery team.
