Responsibilities

Manage foreclosure cases from referral through conclusion
Order title, obtain payoffs, deeds, assignments, and prepare letters
Meet time sensitive deadlines and provide updates and timely responses to clients
Conduct legal research and writing as needed
Communicate with clients and other parties involved in the foreclosure process
Maintain accurate and organized case files
Assist attorneys with legal tasks as needed

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in foreclosure
Broad knowledge of real estate default services
Experience with LPS, Caseaware, Tempo, etc. is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent research and writing abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Comfortable and confident communicating over the phone
Ability to handle a heavy workload and work well under pressure
