- Provide strategic guidance to clients throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Collaborate with other legal teams and partners within the firm
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and strategic transactions
- Proven ability to serve as the lead associate on complex M&A transactions
- Experience managing client relationships and leading negotiations
- Ability to mentor and supervise junior associates in M&A transactions
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Certifications:
- Active membership in the Bar of the state where the candidate will be based (New York, California, or Washington) or eligibility for admission
