Responsibilities of the Securities Litigation Associate Attorney include:

• Taking a substantial role in researching and writing complaints and briefs
• Playing a strong supportive role in discovery
• Efficiently organizing and administering details as it relates to case management assignments
• Supervising paralegals in litigation related tasks; among other responsibilities

The expected annual salary range (excluding bonus) for this position is between $160,000 and $167,000. Actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors.
