Holland & Knight LLP is seeking a mid-level associate to join its M&A and private equity practice in its West Palm Beach office. Ideal candidates should have 3-6 years of experience in corporate transactions and a strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and the other documentation used in M&A and private equity transactions. Candidates must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a high degree of maturity and business sense, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships. Excellent academic credentials and large regional, national or international law firm experience is preferred.

Job Requirements:
