Duties:
- Represent clients in complex legal matters, including product liability, employment disputes, premises liability, and catastrophic personal injury defense.
- Develop and execute litigation strategies, managing case progression and overseeing discovery efforts, including depositions and expert witness preparation.
- Draft and present motions, legal briefs, and other documents supporting client cases.
- Lead settlement negotiations and explore alternative dispute resolution strategies when applicable.
- Advocate on behalf of clients during hearings, motions, and trial proceedings.
- Provide counsel to clients regarding litigation risks and strategies to secure favorable results.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced legal professionals, including attorneys and paralegals, to deliver exceptional client service.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex cases and meet multiple deadlines effectively.
- Experience in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a results-oriented approach to legal challenges.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
