Law Firm seeks Construction Litigation Labor Law Attorney

Law Firm is looking for an experienced Construction Litigation Labor Law Attorney to join a growing team that handles a significant amount of construction litigation cases. The right candidate will have substantive experience handling cases that deal with Labor Law Sections 240(1) and 241(6) as well as contractual indemnification issues between the parties. Strong Labor Law deposition experience is a must.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage cases from day to day with collaboration and availability from Team Leaders
Report to clients and carriers
Appear in Court for conferences and motions
Comply with discovery
Take and defend depositions
Coordinate medical examinations
Prepare and file motions

Job Requirements:

New York Bar required
New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania Bars a plus
Substantive experience handling cases that deal with Labor Law Sections 240(1) and 241(6)
Contractual indemnification experience between the parties
Strong Labor Law deposition experience
General working knowledge of negligence cases preferred

Salary and Benefits:

Salary Range: $100k – $175k – Commensurate with Experience
