Experience Information:

- Minimum of 9 years of legal experience post-licensure
- Experience in the commercial and individual market
- Familiarity with the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA)
- Experience with operations and managing relationships with regulatory agencies
- Familiarity with provider contracting and network adequacy
- Experience working with executive leadership and government relations
