Legal Specialist Sr. - Enterprise Operations - Full Time

- Lead and coach support staff in providing legal support services.
- Prepare and evaluate legal documentation for transactions and corporate governance.
- Conduct legal research and analysis and recommend appropriate actions.
- Handle subpoenas, records requests, and inquiries from internal and external sources.
- Investigate and resolve complex cases.
- Monitor legislation and recommend changes to regulations and laws.
- Attend legal proceedings and represent the company.
- Apply business and technical expertise to improve solutions and practices.
- Participate in projects and negotiations.
- Enter information into databases.
- Handle Provider Contracting for Medicaid markets.

Minimum Requirements:

- Paralegal Certification or AA/AS/BA/BS in a related field.
- 10 years of legal or related experience.
- Experience in Medicaid or other government programs.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Skilled in using Excel.
