Duties:

  • Represent clients in foreclosure-related matters in New York and New Jersey
  • Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlement agreements
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support client strategies
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings
  • Manage caseloads efficiently, ensuring timely case progression
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular case updates
  • Handle complex legal issues and provide innovative solutions

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in foreclosure law
  • Admission to the New York and New Jersey Bar
  • Strong understanding of foreclosure laws, regulations, and procedures in both states
  • Proven ability to handle caseloads and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the New York and New Jersey Bar
