They counsel and defend employers, insurers, third-party administrators, and others in the areas of Workers’ Compensation, subrogation, occupational safety and health, subsequent injury, and related matters. They protect and empower their clients by successfully navigating the constant challenges on a sea of complex, arcane statutes and regulations they call Industrial Relations Law.

Responsibilities of an Associate Attorney:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies either in person or remotely.


• Draft legal documents and correspondence to various clients, opposing counsel, and courts.


• Ability to meet or exceed billable hours requirements on a monthly basis.


• Be careful and deliberate in planning and strategizing for clients by reviewing and managing case files.


• Analyze conflicts in legal matters within cases.


• Maintain client files in the case management system in an organized fashion to ensure files have the most up-to-date and accurate information.


• Knowledge of Nevada statutes and regulations pertaining to assigned cases and be able to perform legal research.


• Communicate and coordinate with various state and local entities when required as well as compliance with all legal standards, ethics, Nevada Statutes, and Regulations.


• Must be organized, a multi-tasker, team player, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications of an Associate Attorney:

• Member of the State Bar of Nevada in good standing.


• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and cross-functional problem-solving skills.


• Adaptability and flexibility are a must as well as being detail-oriented in your work.


• A team player as well as the ability to work independently.


• Strive to develop strong relationships with clients, not just representation.


• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple, competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• Excellent verbal communication skills are critical as well as exceptional and persuasive writing skills.


• Highly motivated and interested in Administrative Law or Employment-related law.


• 1-3 years of litigation experience is preferred, but not required.

Compensation: $100,000 annually

Law Firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their outstanding crew and help provide clients with expert Industrial Relations Law solutions. They counsel and defend employers, insurers, third-party administrators, and others in the areas of Workers’ Compensation, subrogation, occupational safety and health, subsequent injury, and related matters. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in court or before government agencies either in person or remotely, drafting legal documents and correspondence to various clients, opposing counsel, and courts, and analyzing conflicts in legal matters within cases.

Qualifications for the position include being a member of the State Bar of Nevada in good standing, strong analytical, critical thinking, and cross-functional problem-solving skills, adaptability and flexibility, a team player as well as the ability to work independently, excellent time management skills, excellent verbal communication skills, and highly motivated and interested in Administrative Law or Employment-related law. 1-3 years of litigation experience is preferred, but not required. The position offers an annual salary of $100,000.
