In this role, you will be responsible for drafting and preparing legal documents, conducting ADR mediations and negotiations, and taking and running depositions and meet and confers. We are looking for someone who is licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar, with at least two years of experience in employment litigation. Superior analytical and legal research skills, along with creative and strategic thinking abilities, are also essential for success in this position. Additionally, exceptional organizational and time management skills, a typing speed of 40 wpm, and the ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Sacramento, CA (95834) are required.
