Overview:
- Join the Law Department's Corporate and Governance team
- Provide support in corporate governance matters and securities law compliance
- Ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, legal knowledge, and interest in technology

Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with corporate governance matters, including meetings and filings
- Conduct legal research and gather information on corporate law and best practices
- Maintain corporate records and assist in drafting legal documents
- Manage corporate administrative functions

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Paralegal certificate preferred
- Experience in corporate legal department or law firm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new technologies
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
