This position requires a strong understanding of HR policies and regulations, as well as the ability to conduct thorough investigations and provide recommendations for resolution. The Employee Relations Partner will also analyze data and trends to proactively address employee relations issues. This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in the Southeast region. Essential Functions - Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for resolution in accordance with company policies and federal/state regulations. - Advise managers on employee conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations. - Collaborate with Operational Management, HR Business Partners, and Legal teams to find solutions for complex employee relations issues. - Ensure high-quality HR support through performance management, legal compliance, and communication with employees and COEs. Additional Responsibilities - Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations in the supported region. - Travel to company sites as needed. Skills and Abilities - Ability to conduct sensitive investigations and identify violations of policies and regulations. - Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills. - Impartiality and strong conflict resolution skills. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to build professional relationships at all levels of the organization. - Maintain confidentiality. - Self-motivated and able to work independently. - Flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational management, law, or equivalent. - 5+ years of experience in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations. - Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
