## 1L Diversity Fellowship **White & Case Law Firm** is committed to recruiting, developing and supporting a diverse team of lawyers. Our 2024 1L Diversity Fellowship Program provides first year law students with a unique opportunity to gain valuable insight into the practice of law in a global and diverse law firm. **Highlights of the Program:** - Participate in a 10-week summer program in any of our 8 US offices - Take part in our training sessions, Launch Your Career Program, mentorship opportunities, networking events, and social activities - Receive timely and meaningful feedback to support your professional growth - Successful fellows will be invited to return to the Firm the following year - Fellowship salary of $4,150 per week **Eligibility:** The application process is open to all law students enrolled in an , regardless of race, color, religion, citizenship, national origin, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, military service, disability, or any other characteristic or condition protected by applicable law. **Application Process:** To apply for the 1L Diversity Fellowship, applicants must submit the following materials online at : - Cover letter - Résumé - Undergraduate transcript - First-year law school transcript (when available) - A 500-word personal statement that indicates your interest in joining a global practice, as well as your commitment to enhancing our diverse culture at the Firm Applications will be accepted from 1L students on December 1 and will be considered on a rolling basis through January. All applicants will be asked to complete a video interview within 48 hours of submitting their materials. **What We Look For:** We want to recruit and develop people who have the potential to become leading lawyers and who will contribute to our ongoing growth and diverse, supportive culture.
