As a Corporate Services Senior Associate, Counsel or Partner, you will work on interesting and sophisticated matters as part of a dedicated team. We are looking for candidates who are intelligent, hardworking, excellent writers, thoughtful, driven and personable. You must have at least 6 years of corporate experience, specifically in Securities Reporting, M&A and Bank Regulatory work, and excellent academic credentials. In this role, you will have the opportunity to handle routine securities filings, merger and acquisition transactions, and other business transactions. You will also work on bank regulatory matters, making this an ideal opportunity for candidates with experience in this area.
