Law firm Collins & Lacy, PC is seeking an experienced and highly motivated paralegal to support their growing trucking defense practice group. The successful candidate should have 2 to 5 years of civil defense litigation experience and will receive a salary range of $50,000 to $65,000 depending on experience.

Experience with civil litigation cases
Proficiency with CMECF filing (Federal and State)
Experience with billing and ABA task codes
Ability to work closely with attorneys
Proficiency with MS Office
Strong analytical, organizational and critical thinking skills
Experience with a litigation document management system
Communication and writing skills

Additional Qualifications Preferred:

Experience in construction defect defense a plus
Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program
Experience working with ProLaw
Experience working with insurance company clients
