Littler Mendelson . is looking for an experienced Littler CaseSmart Counsel, Charges Attorney to join their team. This position will involve the defense of administrative agency charges and attorney demand letters from investigation through conclusion. The successful candidate for this position will have familiarity and experience with administrative agency charges, preferably at both the federal and state levels on the management side, and a minimum of six years of employment law experience.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Drafting persuasive position statements
- Responding to agency requests for information
- Representing clients in settlement negotiations and remote mediations

**Qualifications:**

- Six years of employment law experience, including drafting persuasive position statements and representing clients at hearings and/or mediations
- Familiarity and experience with administrative agency charges, preferably at both the federal and state levels on the management side
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
- An active bar license in the state of residence

**Compensation and Benefits:**

- Annual starting salary of $115,000
- Eligibility for performance-based bonuses
