Law Firm is seeking a lawyer to serve as a Pre-Suit Attorney in our office. The Pre-Suit Attorney will handle all pre-litigation work, guide clients through the case process, draft and file pre-litigation documents, oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages, manage the release approval process, and manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers.

## Requirements

Law Firm is looking for a Pre-Suit Attorney with the following qualifications:

* Law degree from a fully accredited law school
* An active member in good standing with the GA State Bar Association
* 2+ years of personal injury experience
* Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
* Excellent client service and communication skills
* Strong leadership skills
* Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
* Superior writing and oral advocacy skills

## Responsibilities

The Pre-Suit Attorney will have the following responsibilities:

* Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work
* Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval
* Guide clients through the case process
* Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents
* Complete TD approval for liability issues
* Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages
* Manage the release approval process
* Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers
* Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily automotive
* Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team
* EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements
