Mid-level Litigation Associate
The candidate will be responsible for working with experts; assisting with fact development and depositions; reviewing and drafting discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda; and helping develop case strategy. Should have a . degree. Should ideally have 3+ years of litigation experience (preferably gained while practicing at an AmLaw 100 firm), experience with products liability and/or complex commercial litigation, and have a science background (MD, MPH, PharmD, Epidemiology). Bar admission is required. Experience with pharmaceutical and medical device industry and clients is a plus. Should preferably have immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized schools.
