- Holland & Hart is seeking a mid-level real estate construction associate to join our team in Las Vegas.
- Ideal candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in real estate construction matters.
- This position is transactional-focused, but we are open to candidates with construction litigation experience.
- Candidates should have experience in advising, negotiating, drafting, and enforcing contracts and agreements.
- Compensation is merit-based and associates are eligible for bonuses and fee splits based on individual performance and achievements.
- Associates are expected to invest 1800 hours on billable matters and 75 hours on pro bono/public service work, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
