The Ideal Candidate:
- At least 5 years of experience in Securities
- Experience with the 1934 Act
- Strong academic credentials

Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of Securities matters
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Communicate with clients and colleagues
- Attend meetings and participate in strategy discussions
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in the state of practice
- Experience in Securities, preferably with the 1934 Act
- Strong academic credentials
