Job Summary:

Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP is seeking an experienced associate with corporate experience representing developers, lenders, sponsors, and tax equity investors in renewable energy development, project finance, and M&A transactions. The ideal candidate should have experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating project contracts, purchase and sale agreements, and tax equity financing agreements as well as general corporate related experience. This position offers meaningful client contact with blue chip corporate sponsors, strategic investors, investment funds, and other sophisticated investors on cutting edge matters.

Salary & Benefits:

The annual compensation range for this position is between $310,000 and $420,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Benefits offered for this position include:
