Title: Products Liability/Class Actions Associate Attorney

Salary: $120,000-$170,000 per year

Overview:
- The San Francisco office of Lewis Brisbois is seeking an attorney to join its Products Liability Practice
- The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience in products liability litigation
- Must have strong research and writing skills
- Admission to the California Bar is required
- Lewis Brisbois is a full-service AmLaw 100 firm with a strong and diversified products liability department
- The firm serves a wide range of products liability needs for clients and focuses on acting as trial counsel in federal and state courts
- Major areas of the Products Liability Practice involve the automotive industry, chemical companies, medical device manufacturers, and more

Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of products liability litigation, including case management, motion practice, and discovery
- Handle hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
- Serve as trial counsel for manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in a variety of industries
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the firm

Qualifications:
- 1-7 years of experience in products liability litigation
- Strong research and writing skills
- Admission to the California Bar
- Experience in case management, motion practice, and discovery
- Ability to handle hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
- Interest in products liability law
- Substantive litigation experience in any arena
