Job Title: Government Procurement Partner

Law firm **Members Only** is seeking an experienced Government Procurement Partner to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an attorney with at least 10 years of experience in government procurement and commercial contracting. We are looking for someone with a minimum of $400k in portable business and a valid license to practice law in the jurisdiction where the position will be located. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tactical and strategic advice to guide businesses through the government procurement process
- Handle complex operations and issues related to federal, state, and municipal contracts
- Review and negotiate procurement contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements, and grant proposals
- Stay up-to-date on Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) issues
- Assist with bid protests and Request for Equitable Adjustments
- Advise on International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and trade/customs issues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Lead and grow the Government Procurement Practice
Required Qualifications:

- Excellent academic credentials
- 10+ years of experience in government procurement and commercial contracting
- Valid license to practice law in the jurisdiction where the position will be located
