We are looking for a highly qualified candidate with three to six years of experience in a law firm setting, specifically with drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&A, Venture Capital, or other complex corporate transactions, and experience with securities law compliance and corporate governance matters is desired.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate complex transaction documents
• Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate transactions
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Assist with securities law compliance and corporate governance matters

Qualifications:
