The Employee Relations Partner is responsible for providing consistent, tactical Employee Relations consultation to Managers and Employees to resolve employee issues and advise on employee conflict resolution, disciplinary action and/or termination.

• Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

• Job Title: Employee Relations Partner

• Experience: 5+ years in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations

• Location: Remote, must live in Southeast Region

• Essential functions include overseeing daily administration of reported concerns, conducting and participating in investigations, and partnering with operational management and HR teams to create solutions.

• Additional responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of legal requirements, traveling as needed, and performing other duties as assigned.

• Skills and abilities required include conducting sensitive investigations, strong organizational and conflict resolution skills, and proficiency in MS Office suite.

• Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational management, law or equivalent, or an additional four years of experience in the field.
