Duties:

- Offer expert guidance on tax implications related to REITs, joint ventures, and other complex corporate transactions.
- Conduct legal research to stay up-to-date on tax law changes and apply that knowledge to client cases.
- Draft and review tax documents, including agreements, contracts, and corporate tax filings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure and execute tax-efficient business transactions.
- Communicate with clients to provide strategic advice on tax matters and assist in managing expectations throughout the process.
- Maintain and manage a portfolio of client matters, ensuring deadlines and client needs are consistently met.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in transactional tax law, with a focus on M&A, fund formation, and related tax matters.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education:
