Bankruptcy Legal Assistant The candidate will perform various operational tasks in an expeditious and accurate manner. Electronically file documents with the bankruptcy court. Perform retrieval and related processing of incoming data and/or documentation. Perform submission and related processing of outgoing data and/or documentation. Perform liaison activities between firm/attorneys, clients, intra-office personnel, and/or 3rd parties. Must have 2+ years of bankruptcy experience in a creditor rights law firm.
