Law Firm is seeking an experienced Associate to join its Litigation & Trial Department as an Antitrust Attorney. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in antitrust litigation and possess substantive knowledge of antitrust law, as well as strong writing skills. Position Overview Law Firm is looking for a highly qualified associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in antitrust litigation to join its rapidly expanding practice. This individual will be joining the 3rd to 5th year associate class in the Litigation & Trial Department. Responsibilities • Provide legal advice and representation in antitrust litigation proceedings • Research and analyze antitrust laws • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents • Negotiate settlements and other agreements • Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings • Prepare for and attend client meetings and court hearings • Develop and maintain client relationships Qualifications • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school • Admission to a state bar • Minimum of 3 years of experience in antitrust litigation • Substantive knowledge of antitrust law • Strong legal research and writing skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Compensation This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
