Law Firm Seeking Senior Attorney for IP & Trademark Practice - Chicago, New York or Washington, DC

Responsibilities and Practice:
- Develop and implement domestic and international trademark strategies
- Conduct trademark clearance searches and filings in the United States, USPTO and worldwide
- Provide counsel on trademarks and copyrights
- Conduct copyright searches, prosecution, defense and enforcement, including DMCA
- Assist with IP due diligence and licensing agreements
- Draft and negotiate contracts with a focus on IP
- Support IP litigation cases
- Handle anti-counterfeiting efforts
- File UDRP complaints

Salary Information:
- Based on experience, salary range is $175,000 to $325,000 for New York location
