Location:

Duties:

  • Represent clients in complex commercial, business, healthcare, and real estate litigation matters.
  • Prepare for and conduct depositions, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements.
  • Engage in e-discovery, case strategy, and provide legal counsel to clients.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and litigation plans.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on case progress.
  • Manage case files and documentation efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in business litigation, with at least 2 years of complex commercial litigation experience.
  • Proven experience in deposition preparation, e-discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
  • Strong academic record, with preference for candidates in the top third of their law school class.
  • Demonstrated commitment to building a career in Fort Worth, Texas.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle complex legal matters independently and in collaboration with a team.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and client service.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admitted to practice law in Texas.

Skills:

  • Strong litigation and case management skills.
