## Patent Attorney
Lowenstein Sandler is looking for a highly qualified Patent Attorney to join their Intellectual Property team.

### Qualifications
* Two to five years of experience as a Patent Attorney (additional experience as a Patent Agent is a plus)
* Significant experience preparing, filing, and prosecuting patent applications for software
* Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with work experience as a software developer
* Must be registered to practice before the USPTO

### Salary and Location
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. The Patent Attorney position is located in either Roseland, NJ, Centerville, UT, Washington, DC, or Palo Alto, CA.
