Gomez Law is looking for an experienced real estate paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation as a paralegal, strong knowledge of real estate law and legal procedures, and excellent research and writing skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support real estate cases and transactions.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
• Assist attorneys in trial preparation and participate in the discovery process.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and other parties involved in legal proceedings.
• Attend and assist with real estate closings and other transactions.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records.
• Utilize legal software for document management and billing.
• Maintain flexibility with scheduling and availability for meetings and deadlines.
• Excellent case management skills, including managing deadlines and communicating with clients and other parties involved in cases.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
