The Position

As a Defense Litigation Associate Attorney, you will independently manage a caseload and work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects. You will have the opportunity to handle court appearances and depositions, as well as communicate with clients and provide status reports. We are looking for someone with 4+ years of defense litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense, general liability, or complex litigation. Superior communication, writing, and research skills are a must, as well as experience drafting discovery and pretrial motions. Trial experience is a plus, and legal project management experience is helpful.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have a JD from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in Kentucky and Indiana. We are seeking someone with a strong background in defense litigation and a passion for providing excellent legal representation to our clients.
