Role and Responsibilities:
- Handling state and federal court litigation cases, including product liability matters
- Drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and arguing discovery motions
- Preparing for and participating in trials and arbitration hearings
- Conducting legal research and writing briefs and memoranda
- Communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in state and federal court litigation
- Barred in both Hawaii and California
- Strong academic and professional credentials
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Clerkship experience

Salary Information:
- Salary range of $305,000 - $380,000 dependent on years of experience
