Experience:

3rd or 4th year associate with restructuring experience in Chapter 11 cases and representing debtors and creditors in corporate restructurings and bankruptcy proceedings.

Responsibilities:

- Handle and manage multiple significant matters at once
- Collaborate and work within a team
- Represent debtors and creditors in corporate restructurings and bankruptcy proceedings
- Attend court hearings and meetings with clients
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Communicate with clients and other attorneys

Qualifications:

- Outstanding academic credentials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comparable law firm experience required
- Clerkship experience preferred

Location:

New York, Boston, or Orange County

Salary:

The salary range for this position is $250,000 – $285,000 per year. The exact salary will depend on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
