Overview:

Ryder is seeking a Bilingual Employee Relations Partner to join our team and provide tactical Employee Relations consultation to managers and employees. This position will be responsible for conducting investigations, providing guidance on conflict resolution and disciplinary action, and analyzing data to monitor employee relations trends. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Spanish and have a Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations. This is a remote position, with the requirement to live in the Northeast or Central region of the United States.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily administration of reported concerns and conduct investigations in accordance with company policies and regulations
- Provide guidance on employee conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- Partner with Operational Management, HR Business Partners, and legal teams to find solutions to complex Employee Relations issues
- Ensure high-quality HR support through performance management, legal compliance, and communication with employees and other departments
- Stay up-to-date on legal requirements and employment legislation in the supported region
- Travel as needed to company sites within the region

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, law or equivalent major; or, additional four (4) years of required experience
- 5+ years of experience in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations
- Fluent in Spanish
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information appropriately
- Willingness to travel within the supported region

Salary and Benefits:

- Salary range from $60K to $75K, based on experience and qualifications
